Payments
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Google Pay. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Returns accepted for 30 days after receipt of purchase
- A return shipping label will be provided for approved returns
- No restocking fee
- No final sale items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@scarlettmonkeycrafts.com.
The best way to change your order is to contact our support team at customerservice@scarlettmonkeycrafts.com. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.
Shipping
Orders are processed in the order we receive them unless you've chosen expedited shipping. You can track your order status on a tracking page & also signup for alerts on a courier website.
We strive to ship all orders within 3-5 business days of order receipt. If you have a custom order, we will make sure to let you know when the order should be ready based on our conversations during the design process.
Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support team at customerservice@scarlettmonkeycrafts.com or via the contact us form and we can assist you with the next steps.
Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support team at customerservice@scarlettmonkeycrafts.com or via the contact us form to check if it's eligible for replacement.
