Orders are processed in the order we receive them unless you've chosen expedited shipping. You can track your order status on a tracking page & also signup for alerts on a courier website.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Order Processing Time
We strive to ship all standard orders within 3–5 business days of receiving your order. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If you’ve placed a custom order, we will confirm an estimated completion and ship date during our design conversations.
